London Joinery Plus has all the machines that will perform any project. We specialize in providing the
customers with ready-made elements that they can attach themselves to or deliver to their customers.
In our offer, you will find services such as cutting any material, such as MDF, Chipboard, Plywood, Acrylic Boards, Corian, and Hi-Macs.
In our offer, you will also find custom-made formats for making wardrobes or doors from laminated
boards from companies such as Egger, Krono, and Xylocleafe or veneered MDF boards such as Oak, Walnut, Ash, Maple, and others.
At the customer's request, we also veneer elements from any veneer. We have veneer stitchers and presses for this process.
We can veneer straight and curved elements in the press, cut boards to size, and sand elements with
precision up to a tenth of a millimetre in wide-belt sanders, mill, plan, and drill.
Our cherry on the cake is three CNC machines: 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis to perform all complex projects.

Edgebander
Time, the most important resource in a modern workshop, was one of the main objectives of supplying our workshop with the high-end Tempora Edgebander. Edge processing needs to be as fast, easy and efficient as possible. To achieve this, we decided to buy a Tempora model that combines the key features of speed, efficiency and precision.
Membrane Press
The membrane press is perfect for pressing veneer panels, curved workpieces, laminates, and similar materials. The working principle is that a vacuum builds up below the rubber membrane, which then forms itself exactly around the workpiece, providing the exact amount of pressure of the material on to the workpiece. The increased temperature under the heating hood accelerates the glue hardening process.
Heated Veneer Press
High-pressure press for veneer and laminate on all kinds of material.
We are able to stick veneer laminate on boards with a flat surface.
The press is equipped with heaters which allows for a quick and precise surface with glued veneer or laminate.
Wide Belt Sander
